Current Western Slope County Demographics for Ethnicity/Race:
Mid-Cycle: We’ll want to hear how the year is going: your challenges and successes, new developments, and if there is anything we can help you with. We’ll send out a reminder and you’ll have the opportunity to set up an informal 30-min phone call within the reporting timeframe when it’s convenient for you, and we’ll have a good conversation around these discussion points.
Final Report: At the end of your funding cycle, you will provide a short, written report showcasing your organization’s successes, strengths, and any challenges encountered over the year. This report will be due one month following the end of your grant period and is required before your organization can be considered for subsequent grants. Again, we’ll send out a reminder (because we all need those!). Reports from our funded partners are important because they allow us to gather information on the overall impact by our funded partners.
The Toolkit is a quick reference for funded partners, containing resources that are informative (such as ‘What are the reporting requirements? and, ‘Can I expect a site visit?’) and practical (RMHF logos and communication tips and templates). Please take a moment to look over these resources, especially if you are a newly funded organization.
