Mid-Cycle: We’ll want to hear how the year is going: your challenges and successes, new developments, and if there is anything we can help you with. We’ll send out a reminder and you’ll have the opportunity to set up an informal 30-min phone call within the reporting timeframe when it’s convenient for you, and we’ll have a good conversation around these discussion points.
Final Report: At the end of your funding cycle, you will provide a short, written report showcasing your organization’s successes, strengths, and any challenges encountered over the year. This report will be due one month following the end of your grant period and is required before your organization can be considered for subsequent grants. Again, we’ll send out a reminder (because we all need those!). Reports from our funded partners are important because they allow us to gather information on the overall impact by our funded partners.
The Toolkit contains some helpful tips and resources to help get the word out about your organization and our partnership, such as RMHF logos and announcement templates, as well as reminders to send us stories, photos and videos so that we can promote you!
A Note Regarding Site Visits:
While we would love to drop by in person and see your program in action, we are unsure about our ability to travel for site visits anytime soon due to COVID restrictions. (Sad face…) However, we always welcome a phone call or video chat!
